Multi-Day Basketball Camp
Fitness Up North camps combine fun interactive exercises with skill building games and drills teaching the fundamentals of Basketball. The training is put to practice through various up-tempo competitive games. We develop programs for beginners, intermediate and advanced players or a combination program with divisions based on age, skill and playing ability. Whether it is a two, three or five day camp, with Fitness Up North anything is possible!

Discover Basketball (grades 2-4)
Young athletes explore the fundamentals of basketball through a myriad of exciting and engaging activities. This will provide the foundation for balance and agility required to control, dribble, pass and shoot with confidence. We provide a playful introduction to basketball and team-play. Previous experience is not required.
Learn to train (grade 5 and up)
The objective for this program is to improve vital basketball skills and team-play. The group will spend time working on passing and catching, ball handling, shooting and offensive and defensive play. Understanding the game as an individual and as a team player becomes more important as this program contains some challenging competitions!
Train to train (grade 8 and up)
The concentration for this group is to improve their technical skills and consistency in performance. This will result in confidence-boosting successes. Various challenging competitions give the athletes the opportunity to excel and obtain one of the coveted Champion titles!
